How we got involved
Late session print after other arms. Entry happened close to the afternoon hard-flat obligation.
Decision and outcome
Position was flattened into the hard flat window so the book did not carry overnight equity risk. Exit class: time / hard-flat cleanup (scratch-scale process result).
Lesson
The flat clock is a tool. A late fill does not earn an exception to overnight policy.
